Meet Joe Caruso
Joe Caruso’s relationship with golf began at age 11, when he landed his first caddying job. What started as a summer job became a 20-year education in the game — and eventually helped earn him a caddie scholarship to attend Ramapo College and New York University.
His years carrying the bag took him all the way to the LPGA Tour, where he caddied for professional golfer Mitzi Edge.
Golf remained a constant throughout Joe’s professional life. As he rose to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he entertained clients at some of the sport’s greatest championships, played renowned courses around the world, and shared rounds with legends of the game.
The lessons he first learned as a caddie — how to read people, listen carefully, build trust, and know when to speak — followed him into the business world. Joe often describes the golf course as his corporate boardroom, where those lessons helped him develop lasting relationships and close multimillion-dollar deals. His career achievements included earning the AT&T Leaders Council Award, recognizing performance within the company’s top 2%.
But some of Joe’s most meaningful rounds were never about business or professional golf.
They were the rounds he played with his father.
St. Andrews Four Ballers brings together those two sides of his life: decades spent around the game and a deeply personal story about the family with whom he loved playing it most.
